Dicentra spectabilis Alba

Also known as bleeding hearts, this shade perennial features lovely white, heart-shaped pendant flowers in the springtime. Growing 24-30" tall, it's ideal for inter-planting with spring bulbs such as daffodils, as it will hide their dying foliage. Dicentra spectabilis Alba also looks great in combination with ferns and hostas in the shade or woodland gardens. It performs best when grown in full to partial shade. Deer tend to avoid.
