Itoh Peony Caroline Constabel

Caroline Constabel is a new, high-performance variety that bears lightly fragrant, double, dusty pink blooms with darker pink center flares and golden anthers. Stunning indeed, and vigorous, too, reliably producing 3 to 5 of these outstanding blooms on each stem. Like all Itoh Peonies, this is a cross between a heavily flowering tree peony and a cold-hardy herbaceous peony. The robust 24-28" tall plant holds up to inclement weather and is a delight in the garden.
